Important travel information and booking terms for your My Style of Travel experience.

Important Travel Info

A valid passport is required for international travel. Please check the expiration date and renew it early if needed.
Your My Style of Travel CEO will be your dedicated trip host.

Round-trip airport ground transportation is included only for travelers arriving and departing on the designated trip dates.
If you’re planning to arrive early, extend your stay, or both, you must submit a written request at least 45 days before the trip so we can coordinate with our transportation partners. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply at the discretion of the vendor.

A private trip group chat will be created approximately two months before the trip for updates, connection, and vibes!
My Style of Travel will host a virtual pre-departure meeting roughly one month before takeoff to walk through the itinerary, travel tips, and everything you need to know.

Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. Without insurance, you risk losing all funds.

If you require any special assistance (mobility, vision, hearing, etc.), please let us know on your booking form or email hi@mystyleoftravel.com directly. We want to make sure all travelers feel seen, supported, and safe.
Each traveler is responsible for researching the included itinerary activities and ensuring they are a good fit for their physical comfort and interests.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documentation, including passports and any necessary vaccinations or entry requirements for Japan.

We believe in giving you the time of your life while being respectful of everyone’s time.
All travelers must be on time for scheduled group activities, including excursions, dinners, and transportation pickups.
If you’re late and miss your scheduled pickup, the group cannot wait. You’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own transportation.

Booking terms

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government-issued ID.
Failure to receive your passport prior to departure will result in all money being forfeited.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Pricing is subject to change until a deposit is made.
Failure to cancel or pay in full prior to the final payment date will result in a loss of all funds.
Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety, or the harmony of travelers. My Style of Travel assumes no liability for changes to the itinerary made by third parties.
Roommate payments: Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposits within 24 hours of one another to secure a reservation if they intend to pay separately.
For rooms with more than one guest, the remaining guests will be responsible for any price difference if a guest cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
Hotels have the right to either forfeit the reservation or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
Flights must be purchased at least 45 days prior to departure, or airport transportation will not be guaranteed.
